Mr. Roger P. Herre has 39 years of experience in construction and engineering. His experience includes management of industrial, utility, and public works projects. He is an experienced troubleshooter with proven ability to control project costs and maintain schedule deadlines. Through project management and business development he has generated high rates of repeat business due to strong client relationships and quality of performance. His management of client-relations, design teams, maintaining budgets, labor relations, scheduling, construction administration, and quality control has resulted in pleasant experiences for clients involved in the delivery of facilities from conception to final completion.

Mr. Herre attended Harrisburg Community College, the Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Westech as well as completing numerous technical courses. He is active in the professional organizations in which he holds membership.

Communtiy activities have included Boy Scouts, Property Owners Association, Fire Company, Solid Waste Authority, Votech Advisory Board, Dutch Club, Tuesday Club, and Sportsman's Club.
