Mr. Richard A. Carpenter has been in engineering more that 39 years. The bulk of his experience is in electrical and control systems engineering for industrial and utility applications. His management responsibilities have included budget accountability, personnel management, customer relations, and business development. Over the years, Mr. Carpenter has held the following positions: President and Owner, PA Based Systems Integration Company; Manager, Control Systems Manufacturing; Manager, Advanced Control Systems Development; Manager, Particulate Collection Systems Design; Chief Electrical Engineer; Electrical Engineer.

Mr. Carpenter is a native of Lebanon County and is a graduate of Philadelphia University, Lebanon Valley College, and Capitol Institute of Technology. He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania since 1978.

Professional activities include: IEEE – Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, ISA –The Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society, PSPE – Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers, NSPE – National Society of Professional Engineers.

Community activities have included: Church Youth Fellowship Advisor, President Church Consistory, Cub Scout Advisor and Treasure, Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce.
